Description
The original building contractors with whom we signed a contract were GT Crouch and company, they sold the last six sites to a small builder named Heffernan who completed the contract. He immediately raised the price by £250.00 and Sheila wrote to the department of Industry and Commerce to complain. We eventually got a very welcome communication.
