Had another great tour in Europe where we spent one or two nights in different areas. Went to London to join the tour. My friend and I were the first on the coach. Africans, Asians and family from Japan, Australia, America - a mixed bunch. We were two from North Ireland, a Welsh man. The driver was English. We flew to Milan and joined our coach. Went to Rome. We really were a mixed bunch. By the end of the tour we were all good friends despite our nationality. We visited some of the lovely cities in Italy, Rome, Venice, Florence. Went to Austria, Switzerland. One stop in Germany on to France, Nice and home by Paris. Had a few more holidays in Europe. On one occasion visited Monaco and the Palace. Also Cannes. Stayed in Nice. Spent a holiday (two weeks) in Capri. I regret that I didn't keep a diary. My memory has let me down.
