Text

Christmas and Easter were my favourite times and were spent one day in our house, another in a family members house and so the holiday time was passed. Our holidays were spent in a mobile home in Mullingar. We spent years going there and the fun and the friends my children met there are still in touch today. There was a great couple who taught adults and children ballroom dancing every Saturday night. This was a great way to involve the children and they would go around informing the other campers that it was time to start the dance. All shyness and inhibitions were forgotten about as they were pulled on to the floor to take their chance and show off. This indeed was the most memorable of times and not to be forgotten ever. In the summertime, the lake was an added attraction beckoning to the young people.
